About Us
Rahab Trading and Contracting Company were first established in Oman in 15/04/1987 as Rahab Trading Establishment. The legal form was changed in 07/08/2005 to Rahab Trading & Contracting LLC with:- Commercial Registration No: 2/03671/1 2222
• Historical Background
In the year 1996 looking for better work opportunities the company was moved to UAE with the name of Rahab General Transport Establishment and was registered as transporting and construction contractor in :-
• Al Ein Municipality.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Abu Dhabi Public work department (PWD).
In the beginning of 2005 and due to work declination Rahab General Transport Establishment terminate its work in UAE and returned to Oman to resume its work as a local company. The company executed transportation work with Oman Gulf Company in the construction of Zumaium Asphalt Road Projects
In 10th May 2006 the company achieved the registration in the ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG) for the following services:-
- 1. Drilling Locations / Road Maintenance / Construction.
- 2. Earthmoving & Civil Work.
- 3. Gravel Park & Sand Control Services.
- 4. Tanker Rental.
- 5. Transportation.
Moreover in 28 Dec. 2008 the company was further registered in (MOG) for the additional Services: -
- 1. Flow Line & Pipeline Installation.
- 2. High Density Polyethylene Pipeline.
- 3. Pipeline Construction (Oil & Gas).
- 4. Water Well Drilling.
Also in 7th June 2006 the company was registered in the Tender Board as a First-Grade company for Road works.
